IN THE SUPREME TRIBUNAL OF FOCUSED ATTENTION

DOCKET NO. VIKASHIKA-2026-001

WRIT OF PERPETUAL ATTACHMENT

VIKAS
(Plaintiff)
vs.
ISHIKA
(Defendant)

PREAMBLE

WHEREAS, the Plaintiff is an aspiring neuroscientist currently attempting to maintain cognitive throughput in the presence of overwhelming neural interference;

WHEREAS, the Defendant has established a permanent residency in the Plaintiff's Ventromedial Prefrontal Cortex (vmPFC) without a valid municipal permit;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Court finds as follows:

ARTICLE I: UNLAWFUL OCCUPANCY

The Defendant is hereby found guilty of "Cognitive Distraint." By occupying exactly 99.4% of the Plaintiff's available working memory, the Defendant has rendered all "Productive Science" mathematically impossible.

ARTICLE II: AMYGDALA HIJACKING

Evidence shows that every thought of the Defendant triggers a cascade of high-affinity binding to dopamine receptors, effectively overriding the Prefrontal Cortex's executive function. The Plaintiff is legally incapable of "focusing" while the Defendant exists.

ARTICLE III: COURT-ORDERED REMEDY

To mitigate these ongoing damages, the Court orders a Mandatory Olfactory Neuro-Stabilization:

The Defendant (Ishika) shall surrender one (1) cotton-based garment (Shirt) containing her specific scent profile to the Plaintiff (Vikas) for use as a sedative against cognitive spiraling.
